Welcome!
I’m currently accepting new clients via telehealth in South Carolina and Connecticut. I haven’t met you yet, but I’m already proud of you for taking this first step toward mental wellness for yourself or your daughter.
Whether you’re a parent worried about your daughter or a young woman struggling to keep up with life’s demands, I offer a safe and supportive space to heal, grow, and discover your inner strength. Ready to start feeling better? Let’s take the next step together.

About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Connecticut. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University, a small women’s college in Massachusetts.
My background has fueled my passion for working with young girls, women, and the LGBTQ+ community, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength.

Therapeutic Approaches
I believe that every client is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and goals. I draw from several evidence-based therapies to create a compassionate, supportive, and empowering experience.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
Helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while developing healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):
Encourages clients to accept their thoughts and emotions rather than fight them, while taking meaningful action toward their values and goals.
Person-Centered Therapy:
Provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported as they discover their own solutions and strengths.
Mindfulness-Based Techniques:
Incorporates grounding and awareness practices to help manage stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
Strengths-Based Approach:
Focuses on uncovering and building upon each client’s existing strengths and resilience to promote lasting growth and self-confidence.

Specialties & Populations Served
I specialize in supporting female children, adolescents, and young adult women who are navigating life transitions, identity development, emotional challenges, and relationship stressors. I’m especially passionate about helping clients rediscover their confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier ways of relating to others.
