Welcome! I haven't met you yet, but I am proud of you for taking the first step towards mental wellness for yourself or your daughter. You may have ended up here seeking help for your daughter because she is not as happy as she once was. You've read countless articles and books, yet your concerns continue to grow as your daughter's challenges persist.
Or perhaps you are a young woman struggling to manage the responsibilities of life while battling insecurity, anxious thoughts that won’t stop, and feelings of depression that are preventing you from living your best life.
I’m here to help my clients work through insecurities, anger issues, anxieties, and dark times. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to process, heal, and evolve into the best version of themselves. The most important thing I want you to know is that it gets better from here.

I am a South Carolina transplant from Connecticut. I attended Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York where I majored in psychology and minored in women's and gender studies. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bay Path University, a small women's college in Massachusetts. My background has contributed to me being super passionate about working with young girls, women, and the LGBT community.
I enjoy working with females from childhood to adulthood. I utilize a variety of psychotherapy techniques to treat depression, anxiety, anger issues, self-esteem issues, women's issues, behavioral issues, and more.
Helping my clients find their voice and their light is the absolute best part of what I do! I am excited to start working with you and your family!
