I provide individual therapy for girls and adolescents, with care that is thoughtful, supportive, and intentionally tailored to support growth at every stage of life.
Support and guidance for caregivers can be provided when clinically appropriate to help reinforce progress outside of sessions.
I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, speaking openly, feeling heard, and progressing at their own pace.

My goal is to support clients in building confidence, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. Academic Background
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lander University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
Outside of Therapy
I believe in practicing what I teach. Outside of sessions, I prioritize self-care and intentional ways to recharge.
