Welcome! I’m So Glad You’re Here 🩷

Reaching out for support for yourself or your child or teen is a meaningful step. It’s not always easy, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I’m truly glad you’re here.

I provide individual therapy for girls and adolescents, with care that is thoughtful, supportive, and intentionally tailored to support growth at every stage of life.

Support and guidance for caregivers can be provided when clinically appropriate to help reinforce progress outside of sessions.

I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, speaking openly, feeling heard, and progressing at their own pace.

💫 Helping you feel more confident, grounded, and at peace within yourself.

My Goal

My goal is to support clients in building confidence, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or self-esteem challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing clients grow into more confident and self-assured versions of themselves.

Together, we will:

  • Develop healthy coping skills

  • Strengthen emotional regulation

  • Improve communication and relationships

  • Build confidence in everyday life

What to Expect in Therapy

Sessions are personalized and paced to meet you where you are. Therapy may include:
