Welcome! I'm So Glad You're Here 🩷

Seeking support for a child or teen is a meaningful and courageous step. Reaching out isn’t always easy, and you don’t have to have all the answers to take the first step. I’m truly glad you’re here.

I specialize in providing individual therapy for female children and teens, with care that is centered on their emotional, developmental, and mental health needs. While therapy is focused on the child or teen, support and guidance for caregivers may be provided when clinically appropriate to help reinforce progress outside of sessions.

I offer a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free space where girls can feel seen, heard, and understood. This is their space to breathe, heal, and grow at their own pace.

✨ Helping girls and teens find peace, confidence, and connection within themselves.

My passion for supporting girls and teens comes from a deep belief that healing begins the moment we feel truly seen and understood.

My Goal

My goal is to help my clients build confidence, balance, and joy in their everyday lives. Whether they are navigating big emotions, life transitions, anxiety, or challenges with self-esteem, I am here to walk alongside them with care and intention.

Together, we work to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and build a sense of inner peace and confidence. My hope is for every client to leave sessions feeling grounded, empowered, and capable of handling life’s challenges.

As a therapist, my greatest joy is witnessing clients grow into the confident, authentic versions of themselves they were always meant to be.

What to Expect in Therapy

Sessions are child- and teen-centered, developmentally appropriate, and paced to meet each client where they are. Therapy may include conversation, play-based activities, creative expression, and skill-building exercises designed to support emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence.

My Clinical Focus

I’m passionate about helping my clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow. In therapy, we work together to recognize patterns, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and build tools for emotional regulation and resilience.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and stage of development. I also offer diagnostic insight, supportive guidance during challenging moments, and behavior-replacement strategies focused on emotional growth and long-term well-being.

Therapy with me isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about creating lasting change and rediscovering confidence from within.
