It is not up to the therapist to determine what does and does not constitute as an emergency for clients, so in order to ensure fairness to all active clients and clients on the waitlist, this late cancellation/no show policy has been set in place.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not cancelled before the 24-hour mark of scheduled session, will incur a late cancellation fee of $75 for private insurance and self pay clients. (ex: If session is scheduled for tuesday at 4pm. Session should be cancelled before 4 pm on Monday to avoid fee).

• Please try to reschedule your cancelled/late cancelled session as soon as possible, with the understanding that the therapist may not always have open time slots available.

• Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. 

• For medicaid clients after two late cancellations/no show we will refer out.
