Individual therapy sessions are 30–53 minutes in length and are available for young children, adolescents, and adults. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and are guided by the treatment goals established during the initial or follow-up assessment.
-
Therapy is collaborative and may include skill-building, emotional processing, and supportive interventions based on the client’s age, strengths, and presenting concerns. Treatment frequency and duration are individualized and may change over time based on progress, clinical needs, and therapeutic goals.
-
Progress toward treatment goals is typically reviewed approximately every three months for up to one year, though this may vary depending on the client’s needs and course of treatment. For minor clients, parents or guardians may receive general updates as clinically appropriate while maintaining the client’s confidentiality.

Sessions are provided via secure telehealth unless otherwise discussed.
